Berenice Beverley Zammit is a Performance Consultant and Coach. Berenice works with various performing artists and non-artist performers on mental and physical strategies which optimise performance. She also works with various performing arts institutions on areas relating to performers’ general health and wellbeing.

Berenice is also a researcher, lecturer and professional violinist. Her research interests encompass peak performance, pre-performance routines, psychological skills, physical activity, general health and wellbeing. Her PhD at the Royal College of Music investigated pre-performance routines and strategies adopted by professional musicians to optimise performance.
