This concert explores the sounds and words of Farsi-speaking cultures through a contemporary lens, continuing the New Lights Festival tradition at Trinity Laban of showcasing Iranian music and its evolving voices. Bridging heritage and innovation, the program brings musical traditions into dialogue with new artistic expressions directed by Roxanna Shini Mehrabzadeh.

‘Homeland’ emerges here not as a place, but as resonance, marking the final night of the New Lights Festival. Rooted in the modal language of Persian dastgāh, contemporary expression unfolds through sound, creating a space of memory, identity, and return.
