Adult Choreo Lab
This summer term Trinity Laban is offering a unique opportunity for adults to dance and create together.
Ballet - Level 2
This technically demanding class is for adults with considerable experience in classical ballet, who are confident in learning and executing movement.
Contemporary - Level 2
This is a release based contemporary technique class for participants with considerable experience in contemporary dance, who are confident in learning and executing movement.
Thursday Night Hype!
Thursday Night Hype is a fun filled session to get you moving, playing music that will make you smile with feel good vibes.
Ballet - Level 1
This class is for adults with basic experience in classical ballet technique, or who are returning from a long break. The class is also suitable for more experienced movers with lower levels of stamina.
Ballet - Introduction
The course will introduce and guide you through the basics of classical ballet technique with a sense of fun and enjoyment.
Singing for Lung Health
Our sessions, led by an experienced facilitator and supported by a respiratory physiotherapist, offer a supportive and friendly environment where participants can engage in vocal exercises and learn new songs. No prior singing experience is required.
Dancing for Health
Dancing for Health is a weekly dance class for people who are recovering from or living with an acquired brain injury, stroke or other neurological conditions and their carers.
Dancing Ahead
Dancing Ahead is a mental health and wellbeing class for adults.
Singing for Parkinson's
Singing for Parkinson’s is a friendly choir, designed to improve the voice and help manage some of the symptoms of Parkinson’s whilst taking part in a fun and social activity.
Contemporary - Level 2
The class uses complex phrasing to improve dynamics and performance, whilst expanding technical knowledge.
Contemporary - Level 1
The course will build confidence, improve technique, and increase your dance vocabulary.
Pilates
The Pilates method is a system of exercises designed to promote body alignment, strength and flexibility.
Yoga
The class combines both dynamic sequences and restorative exercises. The emphasis is on breath, awareness, and safe-practice
Contemporary - Introduction
The course will introduce and guide you through the basics of contemporary technique, in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.
