Trinity Laban places greater emphasis on its own audition and tests than on formal qualifications. As a guide, the minimum standard for Principal Study will be the same as required by the Conservatoire for entry to full-time Undergraduate study (ISP Foundation)or full-time Postgraduate Study (ISP Advanced).

Graduates of other disciplines and applicants with relevant uncertified prior learning may also apply. The Conservatoire will determine academic module choices for these applicants. Applicants wishing to transfer on to, or gain credits towards degree courses at Trinity Laban or other institutions should be aware of the entry requirements of the courses they intend to apply for.
