It was my first time attending a masterclass, this was such an amazing experience. I gained a great deal of knowledge, the professors taught so many techniques, so many things which I never knew. They went over so many details from shaping the hand to using the pedal to playing pianissimo, performance tips, practice guidelines, and so much more. I enjoyed and learnt so much.

During the seminar Professor Munro will discuss why warm-ups are important in instrumental and vocal lessons and provide practical examples of how to structure them effectively.
In addition, the seminar will also cover the relationship between warm-ups, skills and motor learning. Professor Munro will explain how warming up can improve musicians’ health and prevent injuries.
