Trinity Laban is a fantastic institution which enabled me to study both Drum Kit and Percussion disciplines to the highest level with the country’s leading musicians. The variety of instruments and musical environments I was exposed to was paramount in preparing me for the musical profession.

Biography
Dave graduated with a BMus Percussion and Drums in 2011. He has played for a variety of ensembles including English National Opera, Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, London Sinfonietta and City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra. His many film credits include Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, Mission Impossible: Fallout, Avengers: Endgame, How to Train your Dragon: The Hidden World, Knives Out, CATS, and 1917.
Dave’s West End credits include The Lion King, Mamma Mia!, The Book Of Mormon, Aladdin, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Thriller Live, Jersey Boys, The Bodyguard and A Chorus Line. He has also performed live with Gregory Porter, Seal, The Who, George Ezra, James Blunt, Ronan Keating, Elaine Paige and Kristin Chenoweth, and has appeared on The Graham Norton Show, The Late Late Show and the BBC Proms.
Dave has written several compositions with performances at Wigmore Hall, BBC Young Musician of the Year and major UK conservatoires. He has released award–winning production music with labels including Universal, which have featured on a variety of major TV channels. In 2017, Dave won a Production Music Award for the best use of production music in a film trailer. Dave is also a visiting tutor at Birmingham Conservatoire of Music.
