Come and get experience moving and dancing in a safe and supportive environment. No previous experience necessary, just come and have fun!
This creative dance activity is delivered by the Learning and Participation (Dance) team at Trinity Laban, working in collaboration with an occupational therapist. The class aims to improve wellbeing, balance, and movement capabilities.
