Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, in collaboration with Headway Lewisham and Kings College Hospital, is offering a weekly dance class for people who are recovering from an acquired brain injury or stroke.
Come and get experience moving and dancing in a safe and supportive environment. No previous experience necessary, just come and have fun!
This creative dance activity is delivered by the Learning and Participation (Dance) team at Trinity Laban, working in collaboration with an occupational therapist. The project aims to improve wellbeing, balance and movement capabilities in a fun and safe environment.
