We have a wide range of support available to give you help when you need it, ranging from practical support on any aspects of your studies to help with issues of an emotional or personal nature.
The Trinity Laban Counselling Service is friendly and approachable and is free to all undergraduate and postgraduate students. We are a team of highly experienced professional counsellors and we are available at both the Music and Dance Faculties between 9.30h and 20.30h Monday to Friday.
Counselling provides a confidential, safe place in which to talk about any anxieties or difficulties that you may be experiencing. It is often easier to talk freely to someone not otherwise involved in your life and this can help you gain new perspective on whatever is troubling you.
We have experience of working with a wide range of issues – from performance and academic problems to anxiety, sexuality, depression, eating disorders and self-harm, relationships and mental health issues.
After an informal assessment session, you will be offered 8 weekly sessions with one of our counsellors. Counselling sessions last 45 minutes and take place at the same time and place each week.
If you feel that counselling might be helpful for you, please contact Sarah Hall, the Senior Counsellor to arrange an assessment session.
You can contact Sarah on 020 8305 3884 or 07718 198 937 or at email@example.com
