We are looking forward to welcoming our 2019/20 and 2020/21 graduates back to Greenwich for our graduation ceremonies in the beautiful Chapel of St Peter and St Paul at the Old Royal Naval College. The information below will tell you what you need to do in advance, and help you plan your day.

You should have received an invitation to book your place by email but if you haven’t, or you need help with booking, please contact graduation@trinitylaban.ac.uk.

Covid Guidance

Trinity Laban will continue to review government guidance and will adapt ceremony preparations in line with any changes published. Please see our Coronavirus guidance for information and advice on what steps Trinity Laban is taking to keep students, staff and visitors safe.

Event information

On the 14 December 2021 we welcome back our 2019/20 graduates. The morning ceremony will be for graduates of the Music Faculty and the afternoon ceremony will be for graduates of the Dance Faculty.

On the 15 December 2021 we welcome back postgraduate graduates from 2020/21. The morning ceremony will be for all postgraduate Music & Dance graduates

On the 16 December 2021 we welcome back undergraduate graduates from 2020/21. The morning ceremony will be for all gradautes of undergradaute programmes from the Music Faculty. The afternoon ceremony will be for all graduates of undergraduate programmes from the Dance Faculty.

Timings

Morning ceremonies: Graduates and their guests should take their place in the Chapel at 11.00am, last entry is at 11.15am. The Ceremony starts at 11.30am and lasts approximately 1 hour. The morning is concluded by a reception in King Charles Court, finishing at 2.00pm.

Afternoon ceremonies: Graduates and their guests should take their place in the Chapel at 2.00pm, last entry is at 2.15pm. The Ceremony starts at 2.30pm and lasts approximately 1 hour. The afternoon is concluded by a reception in King Charles Court, finishing at 5.00pm.

Tickets

Entry to all ceremonies is by ticket only, for graduates and their guests. Tickets can be booked via the event booking site. Graduate tickets are free of charge, guest tickets are £25 each. Each student has an initial allocation of two tickets. If tickets are available after the initial closing date, graduates can contact graduation@trinitylaban.ac.uk to request additional tickets.

Academic Gowns

Academic Gowns can be hired at www.gownhire.co.uk, search for Trinity Laban in the institution. You will need your Trinity Laban Student ID number in order to access the site. Academic dress will be available on the day and should be returned at the end of the event.

Photography

Professional photographers from Tempest Photography will be available throughout the day for individual and family portraits. Presentation photos will be taken during the ceremony and will also be available for purchase.
