The Finzi Trust awards £15,000 to support TL musicians
Thu 21 January 2021Founded in 1969, the Finzi Trust seeks to promote the music of British composer Gerald Finzi and to further his ideals. This includes offering financial assistance to talented young musicians.
In response to the continued struggles caused by the pandemic, the Trust has donated a generous sum of £15,000 to help support Trinity Laban music students facing increasing financial pressures and uncertainty, so that they can continue to pursue their studies with us.
The Finzi Trust’s donation bolsters the TL Student Hardship Fund, which is open to all students across our programmes who are experiencing financial challenges.
Director of Music, Havilland Willshire, comments –
