The Trinity Laban payment portal offers an easy and flexible way to enable you to make payments for tuition fees, accommodation fees and other goods and services, and is our preferred method of payment.
To pay an invoice through the portal, you will need:
- Student/Customer ID. This can be found on the invoice
- Invoice number
- Your credit/debit card details
For all other payments, you will need your credit/debit card details.
To pay by instalments for self-funding students, you will be able to set up a plan using a credit or debit card (known as a recurring card payment).
We have partnered with GlobalPay for Students by Western Union to allow students, family members or sponsors, the opportunity to securely pay tuition fees and/or accommodation fees in their local currency.

Select the country you are paying from and what you are paying for and you will offer an instant quote in your local currency. If you choose to proceed, complete the required student and payer fields as requested. If selecting to pay via bank transfer, you will receive details of how to instruct your own bank to transfer funds in your local currency to WU® GlobalPay for Students.
Other payment options will have instructions on screen if available. WU® GlobalPay for Students will then forward a sterling payment to the Conservatoire and send you a confirmation email to confirm the payment has been sent.

The Conservatoire’s online payment system is provided by Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and its third party suppliers. These terms and conditions may be updated at various times and any changes will be effective immediately.
It is important that you read these terms and conditions carefully before using the online payment facility. Using this online payment facility indicates that you accept these terms and conditions. Please do not use this online payment facility if you do not accept the terms and conditions.
Trinity Laban and its officers and employees, will be under no liability to users of this website whatsoever in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, restitution or otherwise for any injury, death, damage or direct, indirect or consequential loss (all three of which terms include, without limitation, pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and like loss) howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the use, accessing, downloading or relying on any information or other materials contained in this website, including, without limitation, as a result of any computer virus.

Trinity Laban will take note of information provided regarding what the payment is for. It does, however, reserve the right to decide how the payment will be applied against unpaid amounts on your account. In the event that a payment gives rise to a credit balance on your account a refund will be made in accordance with Trinity Laban’s normal procedures.
Where information provided by you, whilst using the online card payment service is inaccurate or does not agree to Trinity Laban’s records, you may not be able to make a payment using the service. It is your responsibility to ensure that Trinity Laban is advised of changes to personal information.
Where payment in instalments is requested and approved, you are providing a mandate for Trinity Laban to automatically request payment from your account on the instalment dates stated.
Please be aware that Trinity Laban reserve the right to apply a £60 charge for any defaults against the agreed instalment plan. The fee will be raised by invoice against your account which is for immediate payment. We reserve the right to remove the option to pay by instalments, if previous instalment plan dates have not been adhered to.
To the fullest extent permitted at law, Trinity Laban is providing this website, its contents and its on-line payment facility on an ‘as is’ basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this website or the information, content, products or services included in this site.

All online card payments are protected by Transport Layer Security (TLS), as recommended by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council and are directly processed using the Pay360 by Capita service.
Capita’s online payment management solutions are independently and rigorously security assessed, and are certified by Visa and MasterCard as a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Level 1 payment processor.
Payment Service Provider
We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct account due to you quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details.
Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason. If the card supplier declines payment, Trinity Laban is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
At Trinity Laban we recognise that your personal privacy is a serious and important issue and we support the principle of protecting privacy on the Internet within the context of current UK legislation.
The data that you provide during this transaction will only be used for the purpose of recording your payment. We shall abide by the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 and ensure that the data is used for no other purposes and is disclosed to no third party, except in respect of data that it is necessary to provide to Trinity Laban’s e-commerce provider. Trinity Laban’s e-commerce provider will retain some personal information so that we can access payment records in the event of queries or incomplete payment information. Any credit/debit card details given by you will not be retained in their entirety. Information will only be retained for a reasonable period and then destroyed.
Where information is presented to you from other Trinity Laban systems, it is provided in good faith but Trinity Laban does not warrant that such information accessible from this site is comprehensive, accurate or up to date. What should I do if my transaction is declined?
There are a number of reasons why your payment can be declined
- The card number was entered incorrectly.
- Insufficient funds.
- The card limit may have been exceeded. Some cards have a daily limit applied. You may need to contact the card provider to allow the payment to be processed.
- The card provider may flag the payment as potential fraud due to unusual spending habits. You will need to contact your card provider.
How do I know the payment was successful?
Once the payment has been processed successfully, a receipt will be sent to the email address provided during the process.
How can I update my payment card details for my instalment plan?
To update or change the card details after the plan is set up, please go to our secure portal and input the email address that you entered when you set your plan up.
Where can I see the due amounts and payment dates?
When a payment plan has been successfully set up, an email will be sent to the entered email address containing the breakdown.
