Thank you for hosting a student on Trinity Laban’s Education Placement module. We are grateful for your time supporting our students, and hope that the hosting experience has been beneficial for you also. We would be grateful if you would please provide some feedback by completing the short form below. You may like to consider the student responsibilities on the placement as described in the host handbook. Any clear breaches of appropriate behaviour or significant gaps in subject knowledge that have been identified should be commented upon. You are welcome to also comment on how well Trinity Laban has met its responsibilities in supporting you as a placement host. Upon receipt of the Feedback form we will issue you with a purchase order to quote on your invoice (as applicable).
