Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance has made this facility available to help you settle your fees andinvoices quickly and efficiently. You will already have been advised by the appropriate Trinity Laban department of the sums payable for tuition fees and/or accommodation.

Please read the sections below for details of how to use this facility and the related terms and conditions and also information regarding the reliability and security of paying for your fees online.

Types Of Payment Accepted

Finance

We accept Visa and MasterCard cards using this facility. We do not accept American Express.

Card payments will be processed in Pounds Sterling.

Secure Payment

If you would like to pay for your fees with this facility, but you are concerned about the security and reliability of the service, please be assured that your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them.

This site is secured using a Thawte SSL Web Server Certificate to offer you secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site.

Privacy & Data Protection

At Trinity Laban we recognise that your personal privacy is a serious and important issue and we support the principle of protecting privacy on the Internet within the context of current UK legislation.

Terms & Conditions

Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance has tried to ensure that access to information provided and the payments you make whilst using this site are secure. Additionally, Trinity Laban uses anti-virus software to minimise the risk of infection from viruses etc.

Trinity Laban does not guarantee that use of this website will be compatible with all hardware and software which may be used by visitors to this site.

Where information provided by you whilst using the online card payment service is inaccurate or does not agree to Trinity Laban’s records you may not be able to make a payment using the service. It is your responsibility to ensure that Trinity Laban is advised of changes to personal information.

We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct account due to you quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details.
Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.

If the card supplier declines payment, Trinity Laban is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.

Where payment in instalments is requested and approved, you are providing a mandate for Trinity Laban to automatically request payment from your account on the installment dates stated.  Please be aware that Trinity Laban reserve the right to apply a £60 charge for any defaults against the agreed instalment plan.  The fee will be raised by invoice against your account which is for immediate payment.  We reserve the right to remove the option to pay by instalments, if previous instalment plan dates have not been adhered to.

The data that you provide during this transaction will only be used for the purpose of recording your payment. We shall abide by the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 and ensure that the data is used for no other purposes and is disclosed to no third party, except in respect of data that it is necessary to provide to Trinity Laban’s e-commerce provider. Trinity Laban’s e-commerce provider will retain some personal information so that we can access payment records in the event of queries or incomplete payment information. Any credit/debit card details given by you will not be retained in their entirety. Information will only be retained for a reasonable period and then destroyed.

Where information is presented to you from other Trinity Laban systems it is provided in good faith but Trinity Laban does not warrant that such information accessible from this site is comprehensive, accurate or up to date. Where information is presented within the online card payment service, it is to facilitate payment of amounts due to Trinity Laban. Trinity Laban separately advises fees and charges and it is your responsibility to pay all fees and charges due irrespective of how they may be shown in the online card payment service.

Trinity Laban will take note of information provided regarding what the payment is for. It does, however, reserve the right to decide how the payment will be applied against unpaid amounts on your account. In the event that a payment gives rise to a credit balance on your account a refund will be made in accordance with Trinity Laban’s normal procedures.

To the fullest extent permitted at law, Trinity Laban is providing this website, its contents and its on-line payment facility on an ‘as is’ basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this website or the information, content, products or services included in this site.

In addition, Trinity Laban does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this website is accurate, complete or current.

Except as provided in the paragraph below, Trinity Laban and its officers and employees, will be under no liability to users of this website whatsoever in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, restitution or otherwise for any injury, death, damage or direct, indirect or consequential loss (all three of which terms include, without limitation, pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and like loss) howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the use, accessing, downloading or relying on any information or other materials contained in this website, including, without limitation, as a result of any computer virus.

These terms and conditions do not exclude liability (if any) to users of this website for personal injury or death resulting from Trinity Laban’s negligence, for fraud or for any matter which it would be illegal for Trinity Laban to exclude or attempt to exclude its liability.

We may change these terms from time to time. Such change will be notified on the online payments pages. Changes will apply to any subsequent transactions with Trinity Laban.
