We offer accessible dance, movement, and conditioning classes in a variety of techniques, delivered by a team of professional teachers. Whatever your level of experience, there is bound to be a class for you, and anyone over 16+ years can take part.
You can either book for the whole term (11/12 weeks) or for a half term (usually 6 weeks). We also have drop-in places available for our midweek Level 2, Level 3 and General Level classes.

Our courses take place in the evenings and on Saturdays. You will see real development in your dance and movement skills through classes that progress from week to week. Choose from Contemporary Dance, Ballet, Street Dance, Yoga, and Pilates-based Body Conditioning.
Classes begin with a thorough warm-up, including structured exercises to help you focus on the alignment of the body, help build stamina, and raise your fitness level. Sequences are incorporated into classes and developed during the term. You will benefit from the high standard of teaching and state of the art facilities at the Laban Building.
